With over two decades of experience, Chef Jason Fullilove is a renowned figure in the culinary arts, known for his innovative approach and unwavering commitment to quality. His career spans prestigious establishments — BRGuest Restaurants in New York City, the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas, Patina Restaurant Group, and Campanile — before settling in Los Angeles, honing an approach built on fresh, local, and in-season ingredients.
In 2014 he established Barbara Jean LA, redefining African-American soul food and global comfort cuisine by blending traditional flavors with modern culinary techniques.
